Colchester Chief of Police Jennifer Morrison (speaking), Washington County Sheriff, Sam Hill, Montpelier Police Chief Tony Facos, and Barre City officers were joined by other law enforcement officers at the Statehouse June 20th for a press conference to explain why they recommend strengthening Vermont’s foundation of public safety, prevention, education and treatment before marijuana could ever be legalized.
